Retained recruitment services will be for a specific role/project and can be on an exclusive or non-exclusive basis.
A set fee is charged on a percentage of the annual remuneration package offered, or a set placement fee as agreed in advance.
The fee will be payable on the successful placement of a candidate introduced by CSR.

The fee will be structured in stages, as agreed, and will be payable at various stages of the recruitment process. The 1st payment will be due on acceptance of the mandate from the client. The remainder of the fee is paid between the recruitment search and the successful placement of the candidate.

Our executive recruiters will actively seek out passive candidates (non-job seeking individuals) who are currently employed and not among the thousands competing to make their availability known. This requires specific methodology which is determined by the role profile and company brief. It is a very professional and discreet process, adhering to the strictest of confidentiality throughout.
